摘要
Smart city is a new concept with regard to the construction of cities, designed to improve the quality of transportation and the living conditions of urban residents and to respond proactively to climate changes by integrating the data collected from connected vehicles, connected citizens, the sensors installed in cities, and the Internet, all of which work based on the IoT infrastructure, and by providing the integrated data to diverse areas, including transportation, energy, water management, and buildings. There have been numerous discussions on the construction of smart cities, but these were focused mainly on the issue of urban energy and transportation; not much has been studied with regard to the construction of smart cities focused on urban infrastructure like roads and bridges. In the following main discussion, Construction CALS, which is used in building and maintaining urban infrastructure, will first be introduced, and then a development method for a mobile construction CALS system for the construction of smart cities will be proposed.
