摘要
In this study, crack formation in magnetic medium during leveling process is studied to ensure quality and recording accuracy. Preliminary results demonstrated the effect of material and thickness ratio of the magnetic medium during leveling process. Utilize the key parameters in leveling process, crack formation can be reduced and accuracy of recording can be improved in the magnetic medium.
