摘要
Whether Competency is effectively predict future performance or not is the key problem whether competency assessment has been adopted in the recruitment. This paper takes a local company of the Chinese Mobile Communications Company (CMCC) in 2009, which employed 87 college graduates as the research object, competency assessment on the basis of work after six months of performance evaluation and competency. Results showed that development potential composed by five characteristics of competency, the organization, responsibility, information analysis, flexibility and adaptation and learning & development, had good prediction of the performance. Using the competence evaluation of college students can be effectively predicting future performance. As one of the application of competency model, can play an important role in enterprises.
