摘要
Nanostructured tungsten-based films were formed on the steel surface by the compression nitrogen plasma containing dispersed tungsten powder. The films were composed of spherical particles with a complicated composition and the size up to 300 nm. Steel surface layer melting and alloying with plasma components accompanied the film deposition. New phases were found in the surface layer as a result of these processes: alloyed austenite, tungsten carbides (Fe3W3C, WC) and intermetallide Fe2W.
