Non-integrability of a class of Painleve IV equations as Hamiltonian systems

摘要：
In this paper, we will prove the rational non-integrability of a class of Hamiltonian systems associated with Painleve IV equation by using Morales-Ramis theory and Kovacic's algorithm, which, to some extent, also implies the non-integrability of the fourth Painleve equation itself.
