摘要：

Penalty-free logic XOR is performed at 10 Gbit/s using an SOA-based Mach-Zehnder interferometer allowing simple, stable and efficient operation. Furthermore, using this device, 20 Gbit/s all-optical XOR is demonstrated for the first time to our knowledge. (C) 1999 Optical Society of America.
