摘要：
The solubility of prednisone acetate in DMF + water and DMF + ethanol mixtures at different temperature had been determined by a dynamic method. The experimental data were correlated with the quadratic function. The solubility correlated by the models showed good agreement with the experimental data. Besides, the crystals of prednisone acetate in DMF + water and DMF + ethanol were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermo gravimetric analyzer (TGA).
