摘要：
This paper expounds the necessity of dynamic cost control of construction projects. This paper introduces the connotation of BIM technology and the advantages of BIM software in project management potential. We also discuss the application of BIM technology in construction project, in order to control the cost of construction project, it provides useful reference for efficient development. This paper mainly discusses the cost and schedule control of project management in the BIM model.
