摘要：
From core competence of enterprise, this thesis analyzes the development and the characteristics of outsourcing strategy for supply chain enterprise according to mass customization manufacturing. And outsourcing strategy choice matrix is established, combined by the financial result caused by items which maybe outsourced and the internal capability of the company. This matrix should bring about some reference about outsourcing strategy for supply chain enterprise.
