On the Innovation in the Scientific Research Administration and Evaluation under the Modern University System

摘要：
The university system is established on the basis of the academic nature to guide the administration and operation of a university and to determine its survival and development. This paper expounds the modern university system and the connotation of its innovation, analyzes five main problems arising in the scientific research administration and evaluation under the modern university system, and by absorbing foreign advanced experience in innovative university system, gives a solution that only strengthening the importance, level and efficiency of administration by professors can improve the modern university system with Chinese characteristics.
