摘要：
In any organization, for having a high quality activity, maintaining and developing it, had to he used adequate means and developed specific actions, in a coordinated way. These are arranged under some well known concepts like: the quality control, to certify the quality, to improve the quality. We will try to present few of these concepts, considered to be essential for understanding how to get organised for quality in the higher education institutions.
