摘要
This paper describes the analytic model and the experimental system we have used to evaluate the effective thermal conductivity for different porous matrices where coupled conductive and radiative heat transfer take place originating from an incident radiative flux. The results we have obtained for metallic porous matrices made of duralumin turnings or copper wool show good agreement with the results one can find in the literature. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd.
