摘要：
The smartphone APP has developed rapidly in recent years, but the content of an APP's test and evaluation is ambiguous in the process of APP design. In this paper, the improved user interview and scenario analysis methods were used to obtain detailed user experience elements and the significance degrees of an APP based on user experience theories and features of smartphone APP. Then the user experience elements were analyzed and organized through card sorting method. Finally the evaluation design model of smartphone APP was built, which included 5 primary factors and 25 secondary factors.
