摘要
At present, the algorithms of the equipment maintenance tasks scheduling optimization (EMTSO) problem don't have good generality and practicability. Aiming for the shortage, this paper analyzes the characteristics of equipment maintenance tasks scheduling and proposes a new method. This method uses the Petri Nets modeling technology to formalize the EMTSO problem, which makes the EMTSO problem structured in order to be operated. By analyzing the essence of the EMTSO problem, map the EMTSO problem into the conflict control problem of the Petri Nets evolvement, which simplifies the optimization model compared with the reference [6]. Finally, design the genetic algorithm to solve the optimization model. Because of syncretizing the advantage of Petri Nets modeling and genetic algorithm, the method has good generality and practicability. Finally, use the instance to validate the method. The result reflects that the method proposed by this paper can solve the equipment maintenance task scheduling optimization problem, and it has high applicable values.
