Study on the Non-Nature Yellow River Water Resources Monitoring Mode

摘要
Hydrologic observed data are essential bases for flood control, planning, water resources assessment and regulation as well as hydrologic computation. Especially water resources assessment and planning must be based on the monitoring data. The representativeness and reliability of monitoring data mainly depend on hydrologic stations layout and monitoring way. With the increasing water resources development, 90% present basic hydrologic network have been affected by human activities, the observed runoff and sediment have changed a lot in amount and temporal distribution. In this paper, how to regulate such hydrologic networks to meet the requirement of water resources monitoring is studied.
