TOPSIS for group decision making under linguistic information and its application to CS evaluation

摘要：
The aim of this paper is to develop a new TOPSIS for group decision-making problems under linguistic information and put it into the practice of CS evaluation. In. order to deal with non-weighted linguistic information, the linguistic ordered weighted averaging (LOWA) operator is applied. To deal with weighted linguistic information, the linguistic weighted disjunction (LWD) operator is used.
