摘要
We study the role of deficiency at the Sb site in polycrystalline Zn4Sb3 from the perspective of thermoelectric properties. In the Sb deficient sample, there is a reduction in thermal conductivity (kappa) and an enhancement in Seebeck coefficient (S) leading to an overall improvement in the thermoelectric figure of merit (zT).
