The article continues a debate about doctor-assisted suicide began by Marek Vacha and Tomas Hribek. I criticise Hribek's consequentialism and his argument concerning the autonomy of the patient which is inconsistent. In conclusion I present arguments against the usefulness of the concept of assisted suicide and against its possible legalisation.
