摘要
It has come to light that man-caused factor is the first cause of all kinds of coal mine accidents; hence, it is essential to quest for effectual measure to resolve the problem. The relationship between the mining accidents and the personnel's psychological factors and the requirements of the safety psychological qualities for the mine personnel was discussed. The relationship between the psychological factors of the mineworkers and safety in production was analyzed with points of view of job and duty. Accordingly, the psychological evaluation system composed mainly of ability and non-ability factors was established, and its scientific value was tested and verified. The application of the study to industry indicated that the system provided a new way for the thorough solution of mining accidents and had been effective in Lu'an mine Group in China.
