摘要：
The commensalism, integration and derivative development between informatization and cultural industries has come to a new stage by now. From the successive stages of industrial development and change, it can be found that the wave of informazation has played a significantly leading role on the reforming of cultural industries. Cultural industries reforming and renewal cycle also shows a stepwise development trend. The transforming form information technology to development power of cultural industries needs some time. Judging from the overall trends, the lag time is gradually shortened with the advance of globalization, macroeconomic development and upgrading of industrial development level.
