CHANGE OBSTACLES IN SCHOOL ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT

The major and rapid changes regarding the legislative context, curricula, the informational technologies, school organization management etc. generate both positive and negative effects on school organizational climate. Our paper aims to present an investigation with reference to difficulties or obstacles for change in school organization management on a 200 sample students and from master studies. We chose the qualitative methods of investigation: document analysis, observation (during pedagogic practice) and focus group interview. The results of the research showed that the process of change in school organization management is dominated more by internal jams than external ones. In conclusion, our subjects proposed some measures meant to limit change obstacles in school organization management that can create the support of a program which is to be implemented in educational organizations.
