Electrical conductivity of zirconia stabilized with yttria and calcia

摘要：
A study was conducted to investigate the electrical behavior of of the ternary system ZrO2-Y2O3-CaO. Two types of ultrafine powders, YSZ and CSZ were prepared and characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD). The direct-current (d.c.) electrical conductivity of each sample was measured in air using the four-probe method with platinum paint electrodes.
