摘要：
Collegiality has been a topic of discussion in education for decades. However, collegial issues in higher education have largely been ignored. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to fully describe collegial relationships in higher education. Qualitative data (journal entries, surveys, interviews) were collected. From this data, two main themes emerges: the characteristics of collegial relationships (compatibility, commitment, and communication), and the benefits of collegiality, (quality, productivity, and personal growth) in higher education.
