DOSSIER ON THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION WITHIN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

This dossier offers a selection of resources of varying scopes that address the fight against corruption. Given the vast amount of documentation on this matter, this compilation is qualitative rather than quantitative, and the aim is to collect and systematise legal resources that allow readers to either get started in the field or delve deeper by reading the latest resources. With this aim, the dossier includes current regulations; the most up-to-date literature; reports, resolutions and working documents from various institutions; and the most recent case law. Considering the cross-disciplinary nature of the matter, the dossier has been divided into different thematic sections: the transparency of public activity, interest groups, incompatibility and conflicts of interest, and institutional and citizen control. Additionally, there is a specific section focused on the criminal perspective, which compiles the court rulings on some of the most prominent cases of corruption having come to light in recent years.
