摘要
Online social networks today have had a great impact on the way people communicate and share information, much of this information must have certain security and privacy restrictions. The present study was oriented to an exploratory analysis of factors in which we looked for what users consider as the most important factors for a social network for knowledge management. From software, information and service quality models, 27 components were selected and a survey was applied to a sample of 220 people. According to the results obtained, it was found that almost all the components were considered important, only one component was not considered important, so it is considered that they have a positive impact on the acceptance of a social network oriented to knowledge management.
