Modeling of Safety System for Technical Diagnostics of Measuring Channels Under Conditions of Information Introduction and Measuring Systems

The problem of the technical diagnostics of measuring channels under the conditions of information introduction and measurement systems in terms of complex safety is considered. The purpose of the study is to build models for creation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the systems that ensure the safety of the technical diagnostics of measuring channels based on a systematic approach to the accounting of the risk impact. To determine the necessary set of security measures, a model for creating a security system was built. To take into account the degree of risk influence on security, a model for assessment of the security system effectiveness is constructed. The requirements for the creation and evaluation of the safety system are fulfilled by involving representatives of all measuring channels engaged in the process of technical diagnostics in the expert group work. Using the example of the Chelyabinsk thermal power station-2 which operates various information and measuring systems the authors describe the process of models construction for creation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the systems that ensure the safety of measuring channels technical diagnostics. The developed algorithm and the design program of the system providing technical diagnostics safety for measuring channels at work with various information-measuring systems allowed one to improve the efficiency of safe work measures maintained at the Chelyabinsk thermal power station-2.
