摘要
The first directive of the European Community about "Dangerous Chemicals" was published in 1967. Meanwhile, the European legislation on dangerous chemicals stretched into a wide range and today covers nearly all sectors of production, marketing and working with chemicals. There are different ways and kinds of activities of the European Community in this field. In addition, these activities are based on different legal arguments within the Union Treaties. The way of coming in force for different types of regulations is fairly different from national legislation in Germany.
