摘要
Based on analyzing the definition of natural resources and environment security and the basic situation of mining area in China, the indexes and methods of evaluating natural resources and environment security in mining area are discussed. The goal, significance, characteristic, technological route, overall framework of the support system for evaluation and spatial decision-making about natural resources and environment security in mining area (SSESD) are explained. And the role that the system will play in resources exploitation and environment security evaluation is also introduced. The support system, which gets data by means of GIS, RS and GPS method, is mainly composed of GIS platform, model storehouse and knowledge base. Natural resources and environment security in mining area can be dynamically evaluated, simulated and predicted by the support system, and correspondingly make regulating and controlling decision.
