摘要
This paper proposed a new method of image edge detection based on the phase shift nt the edge point. Two operators Ic which are called operator and even operator convolved respectively with the image. Phase congruency point can be determined, by the com,convolution result. The,n, the edge point non edge type can be obtained according to the phase congruency series,,I which is consisted by phase congruency points. The method has high anti-noise property: and simple calculation.
