摘要：
The difficult employment of graduates is an indisputable social problem nowadays in China. Through six years of quantitative analysis of the graduates of Harbin University of Commerce, we try to understand their views and attitudes toward employment and their employment status, and wish the analysis will provide some guidance for the employment of undergraduates, also hope it will be helpful for colleges and universities and will contribute to some new changes in their educational activities.
