摘要：
The article focuses on choice approach of suitable decision making method. It concerns with the analysis and comparison of decision and statistic model supporting decision making. Wald's, Hurwitz's, MAXMAX and Bayes Criterions were selected as representatives of criteria in decision model. The group of statistic methods is represented by the Logit Model. Following case study will provide you a deeper insight of differences between mentioned methods. Also the results and their differences will be shown in the case study.
