摘要：

Here, the results of research on the definition of resistance of potato to wart Synchytrium endobioticum (Schilb) Perc. are shown by a direct method of potato seedlings' infection by zoospores of fresh wart outgrowths, by protein extraction from wart outgrowths and definition of resistance by a method of infra-red spectroscopy, which is more regularly used to diagnose resistance of potato to wart.
