摘要
The collective teaching activity is an important form of educational activities in kindergarten, in which the role and status of kindergarten teacher is very important. For a long time, kindergarten teacher' traditional role is positioned as the instructor of classroom knowledge, conductor and controller of children's learning, and arbiter of children's action. In order to meet the reform requirements of the current kindergarten education, kindergarten teachers should locate their new roles as soon as possible, to be the promoter of children's learning, supporter of children's learning, and developer of collective teaching curriculum resources.
