摘要
By mixture of amount of poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and poly-vinylpyrrolidone (PVP) into N, N-dimethyl formamide (DMF), we present a novel technique of preparing PVDF island thin films on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates during spin-coating process based on the process of phase separation. After treated at vacuum condition, the samples were immerged in the ethanol solvent to dissolve PVP, which leads the formation of PVDF island thin films. The X-ray diffractometer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and atomic force microscope were employed to determine the PVDF island thin films. In addition, the formative mechanism of polymer resin with island structure was also investigated.
