摘要
A new protein concentrate was produced from bioethanol by-product containing grain and yeast protein. The additive contains at least 55.0% of crude protein and 6.0% of crude fat of dry matter. Studies were carried out to evaluate the effects of the additive on broiler chicken (ROSS 308 crosses) productivity and meat quality in comparison to the fodder yeast. In comparison to the fodder yeast, using 5.0% of the new protein concentrate additive increased live weight by 6.47% (p<0.05), improved productivity index by 56.97, decreased feed conversion by 8.42% (p<0.05) and did not influence meat quality. When the protein concentrate additive was used, the produced meat contained 20.07 20.91% of proteins, 0.95-1.08% of total fat and had the meat quality index of 21.12 23.76. It is recommended to substitute 2.5 3.0% of fodder yeast by 5.0% of new protein concentrate additive.
