摘要
This paper deals theme of utilization of social networks in public administration. This issue is discussed from two main perspectives. The first is a demonstration of several existing activities of public institutions on social networks. The second view shows the importance of social networks for entrepreneurs/ marketers, and for individual users. This latter view is supported by empirical probe on the subject and article presents the results of which can be an inspiration for regional management to support the creation of a virtual profile of the municipality or public institutions. Social media certainly contribute and make communication more efficient than before. With required to succeed in the market and increased competition and an increasing pressure to develop new and more effective methods of communication. Post a discussion about very rapidly evolving communications industry and the examples presented empirical findings, including probes show that social networks are becoming an integral part of not only individual human, but also business and public life.
