Many enterprises attribute their success to the construction of quick response (QR) mode. The (QR) mode in the fashion industry embraces the digitization of the products, the management of sale and production, and the cooperation with the external suppliers. With cases analysis on different approaches to constructing the (QR) mode in fashion industry, this article points out the necessity to make an overall procedure and organization revision for the purpose of building a (QR) mode, to which developing the products on an effective basis, making an accurate purchase, proceeding a flexible production are essential, and the necessity of full application of external resources, such as modern logistics to quicken the enterprises' response and improve their competitiveness.
