摘要：
This article compares Fuxin's industrial structure with "standard structure" and "reference structure" by the adopting of the hamming close-degree method, explores the industrial structure questions of Fuxin City, and proposes relevant concepts for its adjustments. It is very sign cant to upgrade Fuxin's industrial structure and lay the foundation for restructuring Fuxin's industrial structure.
