摘要
The work reports experimental results pointing to the possibility of modification of physical properties of non-magnetic materials (single-crystal silicon, porous silicon) under the weak constant magnetic field and microwaves of different frequencies. The appearing magnetosensitive effects are accounted for by a mechanism supposing an evolution of spin configuration in structural defect nanoclusters.
