摘要
Specific Multiple Auxiliary Reagents Technique (SMART) is a novel procedure for the simultaneous detection and measurement of pluralities of analytes by immunoassay methods. The procedure is based on the use of numbers of specific protein binding separation systems (auxiliary immobilisation systems) which home the appropriate assay fractions relating to target analytes to pre-designated areas of sensor transducer surfaces. The procedure has a number of technically important advantages including the total independence of the preparation transducer elements of the target analytes. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Limited.
