摘要
Located in the south-east part of the country, the Dobrogea Plateau is bordered on three sides by the Danube and the Black Sea and appears as an extension of the Northern Moesic Plateau from the south, which is separated from the border state. The total area of the Dobrogea Plateau is 10 350 km(2) meaning 4.35% of the country. The characteristic features in terms of the constitution and how the plateau evolved caused his fragmentation into three large subunits of relief: the Northern Dobrogea Plateau, the Central Dobrogea Plateau (Casimcei Plateau) and the Southern Dobrogea Plateau. The present study aims to highlight the link that exists between different groups of ecological soils from Dobrogea Plateau and the usage of land from the same unit of relief. For this it will be analyzed and processed the vector dates collected after Soil Map scale of 1: 200 000 (1963-1994 edition). Not the least, will be used information provided by the CLC 2012 databases offered by the European Agency for Monitoring of Land Copernicus (http://land.copernicus.eu/pan-european/corine-land-cover/cIc-2012) and climate data for the 1950-2000 period offered by the Organization WorlClim (http://www.worldclim.org/). All data analyzed and processed by GIS techniques, will highlight the groups of ecological soils from Dobrogea Plateau, the ratio between them and how the land is used, through a new reclassification of them and offer solutions for improving these lands based on the characteristics. For establishing the ecological soils groups it was used a number of criteria such the type of soil, soil subtype or parent material, water or saline regime, edaphic volume, the degree of damage made by erosion.
