INTERDEPARTMENTAL INTERACTION OF WATER TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT AUTHORITIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Federal executive authorities in the area of water transport carry out their activities directly or through subordinate organizations in interaction with by others federal executive authorities executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments, public associations and other organizations. The captain of the seaport is an official who rules the Administration of the seaport, which is part of the administration of seaports, directly reports to the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport. The article reviews the features of the interdepartmental interaction of the water transport authorities of the Russian Federation. The conclusion is made on the necessity to develop a Regulation on the interaction of the captain of the seaport of Novorossiysk with state authorities, local governments, public associations and other organizations by systematizing and detailing the existing administrative law.
