摘要：
Inter-organizational Collaboration is known as an effective method to reduce Cost Management of Supply Chain, yet studies on this topic are rarely spotted in literatures. This paper, then, following rules in Agent Theory and Supply Chain Target Costing, proposes a Collaboration Mechanism based on Trust, Cooperation and Information Sharing. This new mechanism, therefore, is able to encourage a win-win cooperation strategy among all supply chain members.
