摘要：
The paper discusses the application of industrial engineering method research technology in the melt mold casting. Through using the inquiry technology of "5W1H" and the measure of "ECRS" and so on, the wax pattern manufacture production technological process and the worker both hands operating mode are improved in the melt mold casting. It made the improvement the technological process to enhance the production efficiency large scale, reduce worker's work to be weary, improve the product quality. It is explained sufficiently that the industrial engineering can reduce the cost of enterprise, improve the quality and be the productivity powerful tool.
