摘要：
It is observed that staff and students interaction is a key factor for promoting students success. The present paper proposes a method of project based learning with increased student staff interaction. The study is performed with three dimensions: class room teaching, project based learning and student and staff interaction both inside and outside of the class. The method was experimented on a sample of students belonging to a post graduate programme. The experiment conducted has yielded positive results. It has significantly improved student engagement and academic performance.
