Three-dimensional vibration analysis of TR motor using finite element method

摘要
This paper proposes the FEM analysis of a TR motor. The drive principle of the TR motor was clarified using FEM. A modal analysis showed the mode shapes and the natural frequency. A dynamic analysis of the inner surface generated elliptical motions, and indicated the motions of the TR motor. These analyses clarify the natural frequencies and elliptical motions. We conducted a piezoelectric analysis using analysis software. A piezoelectric analysis simulates the behavior of piezoelectric elements, response to an applied voltage. Several stators were constructed for the TR motor, varying the figure of the length in the axial direction. The natural frequencies of the stators were in accord with the simulation.
