摘要
Selection of highway network planning schemes reasonably is the important precondition of effectively implement about road network planning. Firstly, Considering the target characteristics and the importance of scientific decision, Selection indexes of highway network planning schemes are taken as the index set of factors, and highway network planning schemes are taken as the domain set to establish the evaluation matrix which is standardized by [0, 1] linear transformation. Secondly, weights of influence parameters are determined by AHP and entropy which consider experts' knowledge and experience and information implicated in data. Thirdly, the weighted standardized decision-making matrix is built up by standardized decision-making matrix and parameters' weight, and selection of highway network planning schemes is determined by calculating the close degree of the schemes and the ideal schemes which are determined by the TOPSIS in the operational research. Finally, empirical analysis shows that the model is scientific and effective.
