摘要
Firstly, brief introduction to the development process of natural gas measurement is given, and that energy metering is the development trend of natural gas metering is pointed out([1][2]). According to the actual needs of the natural gas energy metering, a ultra-low-power online real-time energy metering devices which requires battery power and real-time online computing is developed([13]). Then the device, including hardware and software systems is described, and the specific energy metering algorithm is described in detail. Finally, the test data and the user interface figure of the device is given. The device can accurately measure the gas temperature, pressure and volume flow in conditions, and can choose one of three compression factor calculation method([4][5][6])(AGA8-92DC algorithm, SGERG-88 algorithm and AGA-NX19 algorithm)and online real time calculate the gas compression factor, then can calculate the standard volumetric flow and energy metering. The application results show that the device is stable and reliable, low power, high accuracy to meet the requirements of natural gas energy metering.
