Electrical and optical characterization of vacuum evaporated magnesium phthalocyanine thin films

摘要
The electrical and optical characterization of magnesium phthalocyanine films has been made. The activation energy has been obtained. Optical spectra of as deposited and air annealed films are reported. The optical band gap is obtained as 2.6 eV. (C) 1997 Academic Press.
