Green Manufacturing Based on Cyclical Economy in China's Rural Poverty-Stricken Areas

摘要
China's rural poverty - stricken population are further concentrated in western China on trend. Meanwhile, China's four ecologically fragile zones, those are, cold, desert, loess, karst areas, are mainly distributed in rural poverty - stricken areas. Under the national background of promoting sustainable development between economy and eco - environment, this paper focuses on innovation mechanism and policies by which to enable enterprises to carry on green manufacturing technological innovation, and to facilitate cyclical economy industries in china's rural poverty - stricken areas. The relationship between green manufacturing and cyclical economy is studied. This paper begins with a review of the characteristics of poverty - stricken rural areas, and the necessity of coming to green manufacturing for the era of cyclical economy. Next, the rationale for the study and how to realize green manufacturing are presented. Finally, the result and implication for green manufacturing are offered. The results indicate that green manufacturing based on cyclical economy in China's rural poverty - stricken areas have been the most urgent resolution response to the current wave of sustainable development and environment - friendly strategy.
